Birth plan Or Preference list?

Birth has a way of staggering us and leaving us feeling like we are either over informed or under informed. Nine months to make sense of everything pregnancy, Birth and the Postpartum?

Even saying it like makes my head spin! 9 months is not enough to plan it all and that is why speaking with an experienced doula or a childbirth educator would help you make sense of things

Google is full of information and for many of the couples who end up making contact with me, the first thing they say is ‘they are overwhelmed and feel lost in which way or direction to take.

So how do you create a list or plan that will be respected and not frowned upon by your hospital or midwife? A plan or a Preference list. Which one did you go for?

As you approach week 30 you have read numerous books on how to prepare for birth, googled more information and even heard it from friends and colleagues on how it could all happen or go for you

Why would a preference list be more favourable to you than a birth plan? What is the difference in the two and how would one help you get better insight than the other?

In this video I share a little insight if you are in this mode and are thinking which way to go and how to create one.

The list is exhausted so there will be many other videos regarding this topic to come. Watch it, like the video and please consider subscribing to the channel so that you would get notifications every time I upload new videos

Thank you in advance for your support and I look forward to connecting with you!
