I am not allowed to type this long a text ( I have a blocked nerve in my right arm that has taken me from earth to hell and back to earth again, huh!), but I wanted to let you know that the e-book version of my book is now available to purchase from many online stores! To say I am proud of myself is an understatement because the year 2022 was ghastly and difficult for my entire family, and we are still grieving the death of my dear father, who died on 3rd January this year. So I birthed my first solo author work amidst the turmoil, and I am so happy my late father already knew I was writing a book and said how proud he was of me. Throughout my grieving process, there were many times I was so deflated.

I had the content but lacked the motivation and the will to do anything with the information. I still have days I simply want the world to stop so that I can make sense of things…

I look forward to handing the copy to my grandmother in Kenya soon! Xxx She has been the main source of a lot of the information and my understanding of being of service to others in the realm of birth, postpartum, and bereavement with ancestral wisdom.

Thank you to many of you who encouraged me and motivated me without knowing, my betta readers, the ones who shared their stories to be included for others to read. There were many of you!!
